  I came in at 7:30 in the morning for service on my brakes and left at 10:26. After traveling 20 mins down the road, my car begins to smell as if something was burning. I pull over at the nearest Jiffy Lube and the mechanic said that the coolant is spilling out of a crack seal by the thermostat, so much so that the reservoir was almost empty. He suggested I go right back to the place that did my repair. After turning my heat on high, I drove back to the AAA Car Care Center. When I explained what happened, I was told it wasn't their fault. I said so this is just a coincidence? The manager then said yes, think of it as if I came to get my brakes some, but then I got tire leaving out. It is not their fault. Coincidence?! What I do know is that when I came at 7:30 this morning my car was fine, immediately leaving the location I am out of coolant. He said at least the part is cheap, since I was a AAA member, he would do me a favor and take $50 off, so the repair would only cost me $250. REALLY?! That was more than the brake job! What an example of piss poor customer service! This is not the first incident I have experienced at this location. Never will I be back. Never will I recommend this location to anyone. To make sure that I let everyone know of this poor service and incompetence, I will be posting this on my other social media sites. If I could rate this place 0 I would!!

  Liked the experience. I went there last week for fixing whatever was causing scraping sound from my front wheel while turning left. However to be thorough, the mechanics opened all four wheels and showed me where the issue was. Though it cost me a bunch, I am glad because it related to wear and tear in brakes and rotors and you can't afford to take chances with your brakes. Since the fix was to take lot of time they dropped me off and picked up from my home when the job was done. Overall I found this AAA center to be professional.
