  We have been taking our car here for years. At first all was great and we had no complaints. I have asked them every time they do an oil change to rotate my tires and I had suspected they had not been for a while. This time I have confirmation that they did not do it and I have decided I will NEVER take my car back there. They have lied to me for years about something as simple as a tire rotation....what else are they dropping the ball on? I will pay dealership prices from now on for trustworthy work.

  I typically come here to get my oil changed. They send coupons so you can get an oil change and tire rotation for $20 which is a better deal than I can find anywhere else in Charlotte. I always make an appointment and they're usually running on time, but sometimes I still have to wait for a bit. They have been flexible about squeezing me in when my battery died and I needed a new one at the last minute. They have a nice waiting area and store if you wait while they are working on your car. They are also friendly and helpful. I will continue coming here since you can't beat their prices.
