    Please DO NOT RENT from them! Walk away please!!!!! I was scheduled to move in today and let’s just say this has been a nightmare! The leasing agents are so friendly until you sign the lease then they don’t respond. I had to send multiple emails to them to get a copy of the lease to get water turned on. I signed lease on 2/15/18 and did not hear from them until I got the lock box code to move in. They never responded to any of my emails about the inspection that they said the lights had to be on to do an inspection 5 days prior to move in. That’s a big red flag there! And place you go to view that does not have lights walk away. Sadly I didn’t. You probably didn’t either of your reading this seems most people are impressed with the house and over look the warnings until it smacks you in the face. I was suppose to move in today but the house is not inhabitable. The water is not working even though it is on. The toilets do not work! They are filled with waste of some sort. Greenish brown in color! The appliances are not hooked up that are all in the dinning room and they delivery paper shows it was delivered 11/13/17. The CO2 detectors are sitting on the kitchen counter how that was missed in the “inspection” I don’t know... I have 4 kids and we have a home with no working water or toilets and no way to cook food! I’m pretty sure the water heater is broken too. It’s not in good physical shaped I’d be surprised if it works. That’s just a little of the things I’ve witnessed. No one will call they don’t give you a contact number except to the call center and that’s not helpful they just send messages! The only time I got someone else was when I was calling to see if I was approved for the home. If this doesn’t show their character I dong know what will. I signed my lease 2/15/18 to begin 3/15/18 they kept the house open for people to view and apply until 3/14/15 they allowed people to continue to apply for them home knowing I had already leased it! I was able to keep view the house to see if they were working on it by viewing it on their site. No one ever touched anything on that home. They didn’t do anything to get that home ready for the move in. Pleas do not rent from these people check the BBB website it’s a 21 paged of complaints about them. Unfortunately I didn’t see this until after i signed the lease. I hope it’s not to late for you the disappointment is enough to make you cry. Avoid the suffering and find a company landlord you can meet see and reach out and touch. This is said to see a corporation in American getting away with taking the citizens money and providing unsanitary housing. Be ware.

    Against my better judgment I attempted to use this company in spite of all the negative reviews they had. Fortunately for me, it didn't fall through, but the lack of professionalism I experienced while trying to give them my business is unheard of. After submitting an application and being approved, I had several failed attempts to contact someone in regards to submitting my documents. When I finally reached someone after several days and a combined total of 2 hours waiting time I was finally given the email addresses of who was over my area. I emailed them twice with no response and submitted the documents needed. I never heard back from anyone and have since seen that the property is no longer available. I can only be grateful that the deal didn't go through. I can only imagine how hard it would have been to get someone if I needed something if it was this hard to get someone to give them my money. Take my advice and the advice of everyone else.....RUN!

    Save yourself from this company! Was told a portion ($800) of our December payment got bounced back to us for insufficient funds. Had to take money orders in for January payment, took in a copy of my bank statement showing it coming out and not getting returned. Had already emailed this to them but figured since I now had to pay in person I'd bring a copy. They wanted a copy with additional 3 days, so I sent in another copy with 10 additional days showing it still didn't get returned to me. They now wanted 15 days- so I sent in a 30 day statement showing it still didn't show up as returned in my account. They now wanted me to come in in person to show them what I had already emailed to them 4 times. These people don't know what they're doing.
